Eligibility
Open exclusively to professionals working in Handmade-related industries. (Registrations from non-industry professionals may be canceled without prior notice.)
Pre-Registered Buyer Benefits
1. Free admission throughout the 4-day exhibition
2. 1 complimentary coffee coupon and a parking voucher (up to 5 hours)

Important Notice
1. Applications may be rejected in accordance with internal policy if the applicant's business is unrelated to the industry or fails to meet buyer eligibility requirements.
2. Pre-registration is finalized only after official review and approval by the K-Handmade Fair Secretariat.
3. Results will be sent via email within 2 weeks of application submission.
4. To collect your entrance badge, please present your business card along with a valid ID (passport or national ID) at the Information Desk near the exhibition hall entrance. Free admission will be denied if required identification is not presented.
5. Buyers who have not completed pre-registration may register on-site after going through the approval process. (*Please bring a physical business card and a valid ID.)
6. On-site registered buyers are not eligible for pre-registration benefits, including complimentary coffee coupons and parking passes.
7. Entry passes are non-transferable. Any legal responsibility arising from the transfer of an entry pass shall rest solely with the party who transferred it.

Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if retention is required pursuant to relevant laws and regulations, the company retains the registered information for a designated period as specified below:
ο Items retained : Name, Gender, Age group, Region of residence, Occupation/Title, Mobile phone number, Email address, Company information, Business card, and other optional items
ο Grounds for retention : Service improvement, project planning, and statistical research
ο Retention period : 5 years
The collected personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those agreed upon by the information provider. If you wish to refuse the use of your personal information, you may request access, correction, or deletion through the Privacy Officer.
